Oh shucks....
welfare decided they wont be giving out mooncakes to officers this
year.
I am soooo looking forward to the free mooncakes. They taste
horrible by the way....its not the freebies I am interested
in.
Its that atmosphere, that mood that i was always able to create,
having people come round to gather at cubicles, cutting the
mooncakes, pouring chinese tea for everyone around and generally
sitting there, doing nothing but chit chat, exchange gossips and
teasing each other.
it was always a great time to be distributing stuffs.....felt like
santa claus always and always receiving smiles in return.
buying own mooncake to share with folks at the
office......well.....that usually result in people feeling shy to
take the mooncakes cos they dont want to feel obliged to any of us
in the private sense.
